Schörghuber doors

In 1962, the German by nationality, Mr Schörghuber first invented and launched the production of the world's first wooden fire doors.

Today, the company "Schörghuber Spezialtüren KG" is one of the leading companies in Germany and Europe, producing thespecial-purpose outer and interior door units for public buildings.

The company's production program includes: 

  • Fire doors (fire time 30,60,90 and 120 minutes)
  • Smoke-protection doors
  • soundproof doors (Rw,P = from 30 tol 50 dB)
  • door frames enhanced burglary (WK2,WK3,WK4)
  • doors with radiation protection (the equivalent of lead sheet thickness from 1 to 4 mm);
  • special doors in bulletproof performance (WK2,WK3/M3-Magnum 44, revolver from a distance of 3 m);
  • doors with high moisture resistance ((for showers, saunas, pools, etc.);
  • conventional door with a basis of special monolithic particle board.

Door elements can combine these properties in various combinations.

As a finishing we use: paint, decorative laminates and veneers different woods according to the specified design.

Door leaves can be smooth, pseudo-panelled and frame. 

The product range also includes fire resistant door frames of frame type of solid wood with a partial or full glazing.

Fireproof door constructions equipped with necessarily certified door closers, locks, knobs, in a flameproof version and, on request, an emergency opening devices.
