Topakustik CeilingsRoom acoustics optimized by TOPAKUSTIK® - Ceilings are the most important reflection surface!
In small rooms the ceiling is the most important reflection surface for the speaker and for discussions from the audience area. If sound absorption measures become necessary for middle and high frequencies, the required sound absorbers should only be installed along the edges of the ceiling. The central ceiling surface needs to remain active for reflection for this frequency range, but can be created as bass absorber for the absorption of low frequencies. In order to achieve a visually uniform ceiling, the holed or slitted cover of porous absorbers can be backed with a reflecting panel.
