Living rooms

Good acoustics promote well-being!
Isolation is important

Within apartments – especially for open floor plans - "louder" rooms like kitchens or baths need to be sufficiently isolated towards rooms with an increased need for quietness like living rooms or bedrooms. With an increasing room volume, the echo also increases. As a consequence, the understandability of speech is reduced, and background noises, for example operating noises of electric kitchen devices clearly come forward. In smaller rooms, sound-reducing items like upholstered furniture, books, or curtains can balance this. In larger rooms with high acoustic requirements the noise can be absorbed with TOPAKUSTIK - applications.
